Castable Resins for Jewelry Production
BULUNMAZ 3D RIO and BALI are professional-grade castable resins developed specifically for the needs of modern jewelry production. With high wax content and minimal shrinkage, they deliver flawless burnout performance and ensure sharp, clean results for casting in gold, silver, and other precious metals.
Our yellow-colored RIO resin contains 20% wax and is engineered for filigree, latticework, and designs that require ultra-fine detail. It offers excellent surface quality and retains intricate shapes with high fidelity.
BALI, on the other hand, is our green-colored resin with 30% wax — perfect for designs requiring smooth, stone-ready surfaces such as bangles, rings, and gem-set models.
Both resins cure in just 2–4 seconds under a 405 nm light source and exhibit a shrinkage rate of only 1%, making them ideal for high-precision 3D printing across all open system printers. For best results, we recommend using them with ENKA and ENKA PRO printers.

RIO, the yellow resin, contains 20% wax and is optimized for intricate designs like filigree and lattice. It ensures sharp edges and stable geometry, making it ideal for fusion-style models and delicate gold or silver casting. With a low shrinkage rate of approximately 1%, it maintains dimensional accuracy during burnout and casting.
BALI, the green resin, features a 30% wax content and is specially formulated for smooth surfaces and clean stone settings. Its slightly higher wax ratio provides excellent casting performance on complex surfaces and curved forms. Like RIO, BALI cures in 2–4 seconds under a 405nm light source and offers consistent results across all open-system LCD printers.
